Dr. Iulia PARA is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timișoara, Romania, within the Department of Marketing and International Economic Relations. With a PhD in English philology, she has been teaching different disciplines in English since 2006, specializing in Business English, Business Communication, Business Correspondence, Presentation and Communication Techniques in Business and Intercultural Communication in Business.
Her academic and research interests lie at the intersection of applied linguistics, intercultural studies, business translation, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP), particularly in fields such as accounting, economics, finance, management, and marketing. Dr. Para is also actively involved in interdisciplinary research and serves as a language editor, reviewer, and proof-reader for several international academic journals.
