Brief biography about Milena Boshkoska Klisaroski Ph.D.

Milena Boshkoska Klisaroski was born in 1984 in Prilep. In 2007, Milena Boskoska Klisaroski graduated in the Faculty of Economics in Prilep at the University “St. Kliment Ohridski” Bitola on the study program Economist for Statistics, Informatics and Economy Math’s. In 2010, she completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration – MBA, in the field Strategic Management at the Faculty of Economics in Prilep. In 2017, she received her doctorate at the Economic Institute-Skopje on the topic “The role of information and communication technologies in promoting innovation in Republic of Macedonia”, which earned the title of Doctor of Economic Sciences.

In the period from 2007 to 2009, she was hired as a demonstrator at the Faculty of Economics in Prilep on the subjects Theory of decision making, Informatics, Data base and statistical classification, Marketing Information System and Business planning. Also, in the period from 2013 to 2015, he was hired as an administrator at the Faculty of Economics in Prilep.

In the period from 2015 to 2022, she was employed at the Ministry of Finance as a Junior Associate for IT and Application Management and Advisor for monitoring and evaluation of strategic plans. From 2022, he is employed at the Economic Institute-Skopje as an assistant professor in the field of Human Resource Management in the area of Organizational Sciences and Management. In the period since graduation, she was a participant/collaborator in a large number of projects and was actively involved in the preparation of national documents (strategies, laws, etc.) and participated in commissions and bodies of state and other authorities.

He is a participant in a large number of research meetings in the field of Strategic Management, Human Resource Management and Innovations and has published more than 30 research and professional papers in the country and abroad on the same topics.
